FAQ

This FAQ section addresses common questions about our fish tanks, ordering process, shipping, materials, care, and policies to provide customers with clear, convenient information. If you have additional questions not covered here, please refer to our other policy pages for further assistance.
One of the most frequent questions is about fish tank materials and safety. Our fish tanks are made from high-quality, aquarium-safe materials—thick shatter-resistant glass and durable acrylic. Glass tanks offer clear viewing and scratch resistance, while acrylic tanks are lightweight and impact-resistant, making them ideal for homes with children or pets. All materials are non-toxic and safe for aquatic life, and silicone seals are leak-proof to prevent water damage. Detailed material and safety information is available on each product page, helping you choose the right tank for your needs.
Customers often ask about fish tank capacity and compatibility with fish species. We offer tanks in various capacities, from 1-gallon desktop models (suitable for bettas) to 50+ gallon large tanks (ideal for tropical community fish or saltwater setups). Product pages include detailed capacity information and guidelines for how many fish the tank can safely accommodate, based on fish size and species. We recommend researching fish species requirements before purchasing to ensure your tank provides a suitable habitat.
Order processing and shipping times are common inquiries. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation. Domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days, while international orders vary based on location and customs processing. Tracking information is provided once available, allowing you to monitor your package’s progress. We package fish tanks with extra care to prevent damage, but we recommend inspecting the package immediately upon delivery and reporting any damage within 48 hours.
Many customers ask about how to care for their fish tanks. Regular maintenance includes partial water changes, cleaning the tank walls, and checking water parameters (pH, ammonia, nitrite levels). Glass tanks can be cleaned with a non-abrasive sponge and aquarium-safe cleaner, while acrylic tanks require a soft cloth to avoid scratches. We recommend using a filtration system to keep water clean, and care instructions are included on each product page and in the packaging. Avoid placing the tank in direct sunlight to prevent algae growth.
Questions about returns and exchanges are also common. To be eligible, fish tanks must be unused, in original condition, and returned within the specified timeframe. Used, damaged, or leaking tanks (unless defective) are not eligible. Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly due to our error. For full details, refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.
International customers often ask about customs duties and taxes. Any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking local customs rules before ordering to avoid unexpected charges.
Finally, many users ask about fish tank warranties. Most of our fish tanks come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects (such as faulty silicone seals or glass cracks). Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper use are not covered. This feature is clearly indicated on product pages. This FAQ is updated regularly to address new customer questions and policy changes.
