We are committed to processing and shipping orders securely and efficiently to ensure your fish tanks arrive safely and intact, no matter where you are in the world. All orders are inspected and prepared carefully after payment confirmation to verify product condition, completeness (including bases, lids, and care instructions), and quality before shipment. Processing typically occurs within 2-3 business days, though slight delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, especially for larger or heavier fish tank models.
We partner with reliable shipping carriers specializing in fragile and heavy items to deliver orders worldwide. Given the fragile nature of glass/acrylic fish tanks, we use industry-leading protective packaging—including thick foam padding, reinforced cardboard boxes, edge protectors, and shock-absorbent materials—to keep fish tanks safe from scratches, cracks, or breakage during transit. Our packaging is designed to cushion the tank and its components, ensuring your fish tank arrives in the same pristine condition as it left our warehouse, with no chips, cracks, or damaged seals. Domestic orders generally arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment, while international orders may take 7-21 business days, depending on the destination, customs processing, and local postal services.
Delivery times are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed, as delays may result from weather disruptions, transportation limitations, customs inspections, or high-volume shipping periods. We recommend placing orders in advance if you need the fish tank for a planned setup, pet arrival, or home renovation, to account for potential delays. For large or heavy tanks, curbside delivery may be required, and customers may need assistance moving the tank into their desired space.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. Larger or heavier fish tanks (20+ gallons) may incur additional shipping fees due to their size and fragility, which are clearly displayed before payment. All shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped. Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete shipping information, including full name, address, postal code, and relevant delivery details. Inaccurate or incomplete information may lead to delayed delivery, failed delivery attempts, or additional fees, for which the customer will be responsible.
Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided whenever available, allowing customers to monitor their package’s progress online. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages marked as delivered by the carrier. In such situations, customers may need to contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue. We will assist with reasonable inquiries where possible, but final outcomes depend on carrier policies. For damaged packages, customers must report damage within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for assistance.
